“Online order hassles, terrible customer service cannot get a name right after being in contact for 2 days, or even attempt to help find a work around, gift card only has one option so you have to fit your order and shipping into the gift card or else tough luck, customer service put in ZERO effort to attempt to make an order that was 2.05 dollars over the gift card limit. Literally told us that it was "not feasible" to help. we tried to add another gift card to our balance and it was shipped to our house leaving us unable to make the purchase and now the suit is sold out. The final email correspondence was a 9 word email stating, 'it is not feasible to help you warm regards'. Was eventually able to make our purchase with some networking around friends and family but the idea of giving this company a dollar is a slap in the mouth. Several other reviews state poor quality of goods as well. overall useless company and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work in their stores.”
“I bought a pair of black bathing suit bottoms from Bikini Village. They fit perfect until I got them wet, then they were baggy. I contacted Bikini Village and their answer to me was that I had purchased a pair too big. This is laughable. Who buys bottoms too big???? Don’t buy from this company!!”
“Made a large online order for my son. After submitting I find out it's final sale. I called customer service less then 5 minutes later to be told too bad, final sale your out of luck. I sent them the picture to show that the very tiny final sale in the bottom right hand corner was covered by the quickview button and very hard to see. Nothing matters. They made a sale and don't care about their customer. What if it doesn't fit him? Too bad. Very sneaky with the placement of the quickview button. Anything to make a sale I guess.”

“Get 6 items to try and a employee was bothering me 2 or 3 minutes after I started trying the items. Felt rushed and annoyed, she kept checking constantly . I asked her to give me more time and she called her manager who said that are the company rules. What uncomfortable to do shopping being rushed. I hope head office is Bikini Village hire people with common sense and sensitive. Definitely I am not planning to go back”

“I recently purchased a $70 bathing suit top, only to have it rendered unwearable after just a couple of days of use in salt water, not chlorine and sitting on a sand beach. The neon fabric you use picks up every tiny spec of dust and dirt and will not wash out, in spite of following the washing instructions exactly. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.
But the real issue lies in your customer service. It is beyond terrible. Your representatives don't even bother to spell names correctly, don't actually read emails properly, accuse customers of lying, and refuse to take accountability for sub-par products. It is clear from other reviews that this is a pattern for your company, and you would rather scam your customers than do the right thing.
I spent $70 on a bathing suit top that is essentially disposable.”
“I bought a bathing suit from here and the first time I wore it, the color ran and I had to change out of it. I got less than an hour wear out of this suit and when I reached out to Bikini Village for an exchange or refund they would not stand behind their product claiming it was due to fabric defect and they have not had any other complaints regarding this bathing suit. I don't believe the consumer should be held responsible for a fabric defect of their product. Very disappointed in their customer service.”
“Wow terrible customer service. Purchased items (expensive) and 3 hours after I purchased a flash sale came out. I emailed to get the price difference for items and they would not "price match" their own items. I will NEVER buy from a company that won't stand behind their own pricing twice.”
“Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t get a refund to the Credit card attached to your PayPal account, you can only get a credit unless you go through the hassle (if it’s an online order) to pay for it to get sent back. Also trying to use the gift card online and its not working. This has all been a total joke including the customer service rep I dealt with when trying to get a refund back to my original form of payment. Will never shop here again.”

Calling customer service is useless.
Emailing is useless they don’t respond.
They send the wrong tracking information and you can’t speak to anyone in English so who knows if you are even going to get your item.
I am super frustrated with this company and I will never buy anything from. them again on line or in store.
