Honoured, please stop my membership (which I didn't know to have) and stop billing 12 euros (even twice at month) immediately or I'll find legal advice regarding your unauthorized entry to my personal account. I try to log off, but I don't remember that I create my password and you didn't send link on my e-mail where I can reset it and stop my membership.
Also, find a way to pay back money on my account.

Did anyone got there money back true official comlaint ?, I got scammed for 72 €, they even billed me twice this september for 12€, mean time I blocked my credit card and cancelled the membership witch I didn't realize I created if I created it at all because my password didn't fit and I alway's use the same password , so i had to create a new one .. real scam/fraud !
