“Sunglasses as a product - excellent. Final pair that I received Iam really happy with, feels like a quality product from the sunglasses to the case. 5 stars. Service - customer service in the chat feature is great, but the fact I needed to use it so much is worrying. Emailed as directed for a returns label and didn’t hear back for c.3 days+ (of the total 14 I have to return the product…) so went to the chat feature and was resolved in minutes. Sent my return which I saw got delivered but then A WEEK had passed and I still hadn’t got any correspondence, automated or otherwise, to confirm you had received my return? Again, went to the chat and was notified of return and my refund processed immediately. Really good chat feature but it should not be on the customer to prompt the business about these things.”

“Was sent defective frames with no cleaning cloth, Bird was quick to arrange a return although didn't offer to replace them. I asked for a replacement pair and was given a 10% off code, which was great. However, when I received the replacement frames, they were somehow the exact same defective frames I had returned originally and still did not include a cleaning cloth. When I brought this to Birds attention I was told there was no way that was possible, the cleaning cloth is an upsell product and not standard, and if I wasn't happy I could just return them. Ultimately I ordered another pair from the website while I still had the defective frames in hand to compare experiences. The new pair came properly packaged, undamaged, and with a cleaning cloth included. So while I started with a good experience and had a messy middle bit, I ultimately came away with very stylish glasses and I'll likely order more in the future.”

“I bought a case and lens cleaner, the case is well made and will keep my glasses safe. The lens cleaner is in quite a small bottle, but since you get free refills it's great deal.”

“I had been checking for the Alba sunglasses to come back into stock. I had sent a query and received a quick reply from Sian, who said that she had one pair left and could post these the same day. Friendly customer service and quick delivery.”

“Excellent product, beautifully aesthetic and comfortable. I usually buy Ray Ban products, but have to say that I am converted. Packaging is fully recyclable and the cork case is both eye catching and quality. Extremely impressed.”

“The frames have arrived and look great quality and very stylish. My son said they look amazing and he doesn't usually comment on my glasses. I'm going to get the lenses put in, so won't know exactly how they are until then, but so far, l love them.”
