“Quality of glasses is great. Unfortunately, half the order was wrong so had to send a pair back. Took a while to get a response and customer service wasn’t all that helpful. Mixed bag.”

“Having a bad luck that received a defected item. The coating of the lens is not made well and considering the price of it, quite disappointed with the QC so decided to return it”

“Was sent defective frames with no cleaning cloth, Bird was quick to arrange a return although didn't offer to replace them. I asked for a replacement pair and was given a 10% off code, which was great. However, when I received the replacement frames, they were somehow the exact same defective frames I had returned originally and still did not include a cleaning cloth. When I brought this to Birds attention I was told there was no way that was possible, the cleaning cloth is an upsell product and not standard, and if I wasn't happy I could just return them. Ultimately I ordered another pair from the website while I still had the defective frames in hand to compare experiences. The new pair came properly packaged, undamaged, and with a cleaning cloth included. So while I started with a good experience and had a messy middle bit, I ultimately came away with very stylish glasses and I'll likely order more in the future.”

“I ordered a pair of glasses that were never delivered. Bird figured out for me that the shipping provider simply didn't know where the glasses were. Pros: - They kindly asked me to correct the incorrect address that I mistakenly sent them. - They're a B Corporation and I love that stuff. Their glasses are ethically made! - Their designs are beautiful. - Worldwide shipping! I can finally get something over to Guatemala without paying expensive PO Boxes! Cons: - Their communication could be better; a couple of emails got lost. - Their delivery protocols could also be better. I wasn't notified about my glasses for 2 months, until a couple of days ago when I sent another email and left a bad review here (That review was replaced by the one I am writing here). - They could offer the return windows that other B Corporations offer; Bird offers 30 days and others offer 60. - Their shipping provider couldn't ship their glasses to me :( It's really unfortunate that the glasses were lost in the shipping process, but I am glad that they offered and indeed gave me a refund.”

“The glasses are great, would be better with an anti-reflection back coating on the lenses. You can see things from behind you reflected in them in some conditions.”

“I would love to try Birds, but I am told that you can’t send to France, we’re I am for a while. Also my head is small and you don’t do many small sizes, such a pity, oh well!”
