“Love Craft so much and I’m not one to send anything back. But it was very disheartening to hear the bartender say loudly “what’s wrong with this one? Really!? Whatever, the one I made for another person 2 minutes ago was okay for them but not for her.” And continued to talk to the other bartender, just ripping apart where my table felt uncomfortable and myself felt like melting into a puddle for the inconvenience.
Never had this happen as I love craft but the experience made me I feel uncomfortable to not come back.”
