“The drinks at the waterfront restaurant had an off soapy taste. French onion soup had no flavor. The spring rolls were very greasy, the conch fritters we doughy. The barbecue rib dinner, you only got 5 small ribs that were overcooked , had to ask for barbecue sauce, cause it was nonexistent and very dry. Steak sandwich was sent back for being overcooked. The second steak sandwich only half was not overcooked . The burger lacked flavor and was rubbery. The all you can eat barbecue was outside away from the restaurant and most of the sides were cold when they should have been served hot. The ladies bathroom stall door had broken slates so no privacy. We were going to have dessert, but as the dinner had turned out, we decided to have dessert elsewhere. The service was 2 out of 5.”
“They lost my reservation and I had to rebook for later then I wanted. Service was slow. We were patient, as it was new year's Eve and busy, however way too slow. It took 30 minutes after sitting down to get our drinks ordered (after I stood up and approached a server) and then another 20 minutes for the bottle of wine to be brought to us. The food did not meet our expectations. The sushi was flavorless. Why does the majority of your Maki rolls have tempura bits? Not a pleasant experience and one I will not repeat.”
“Only 2 tables in restaurant were occupied and it was Saturday night; our 1st clue. We had a party of 6 and the food was not good. My husband had the special all you can eat lobster and they were defrosting it as it was ordered. I tried it and had to spit it in my napkin as it was mush. The price was $75 USD. We have been coming there for almost 20 years and it was a major disappointment.”
“Craft burger in cayman island l. Started with dirty plates and cups that had to change and then two burgers were ordered medium both came out well done but with paper all inside the burger. They don't even care how they serve certain people and yet you charge gratuity for a HORRIBLE birthday experience.”
