They're big enough that they can buy parts in bulk for discounts and pass those savings on to you, yet small enough to give you a personalised service. This is the second time I've bought a miner from BITMAIN UK and I'm incredibly happy with it. My only criticism is that I wish the website gave an indication of how loud the fans on each part are. The fans built into my case are actually quite loud and if I'd known, I would have paid for them to be replaced with quieter ones.”

“I returned a product which was still on the warranty. Tell me they would make a replacement or get me a gift card from the original price if they didn't have in stock. After 2 weeks without any news, I called them and they told me my case was close, even if nothing was sent. I had to speak with them for over 30 minutes before they told me they would sent a gift card in the next few days. 3 weeks after this, received nothing, called them 3-4 times (they told me they would contact me by mail or phone), promess me the gift card, etc. Finally gave me gift card after 3 weeks. Customer service from this compagny really sucks once they have your money”
