“Bought a miner part. Receive it not working. Sent it back asking a for refund. They told me the serial number as been removed. That wasn't true I took pictures of it before sending it back. Finally got refund but that's nightmare.”
“It was a terrible experience buying from Bitmain UK. The packaging of my Antminer S19 XP Hydro was damaged upon delivery and the customer service was incredibly rude. Delivery was extremely slow, taking much longer than the estimated time frame. I would not recommend Bitmain UK AT ALL!”
