“ Over one hour late on their delivery slot. The driver contacted me by phone to say could not find address. Asked if I would go outside and wave a torch, which I did in the dark and pouring rain at the end of a 200yards Lane. Repeated this twice before success. Uou7 I would point out If BJS had made it easier for me to give them my “What3words” location they would not have been lost. ”
