Getting extremely worried reading theese reviews ordered a specific Pokeoman book for my son just before Christmas ,no communication as to despatch ,no response to email or Facebook message,not taking telephone enquiries ,shocking customer service but the money was debited from pay Pal instantly ! ,all the more surprising as I avoided other less know sellers and thought Blackwell's was a well known retailer I could trust , as a business owner myself I realise the importance of communication to instill customer confidence ,which is obviously not the case with Blackwell's and there's absolutely know excuse as in today's modern world there's a multitude of different avenues to communicate through
