“After over 30 days I have giving up on anything being resolved. I placed my order November 24, and all through the process i was impress with how responsive customer service was. Anytime i had a question i would get an answer within 48hrs or less. Little did i know all that was just an illusion. I received my order and at first glance it was perfect, except that once my wife saw her anniversary gift she realized a number of mistakes on the canvas. For an unknown reason the message (in this case lyrics) on our canvas was missing multiple vowels. I reached out to Blim&Blum thats when i realized i was stuck with a my misspelled canvas. The fast and responsive customer service that i had witness disappear after the purchase was made. It has been 34 days since my purchase and about 28 days since i reported the problem with my order and i have concluded that it will not get fixed.”
“Ordered from these guys two weeks ago, from Australia with express international shipping.
Upon checking my order, it was never sent. No communication from the seller as to why.
I've sent emails to no response, so had to open a PayPal case. Checking their reviews it looks like if you're overseas, you will probably have a problem buying from them. Entirely disappointing.
Edit: 24 hours later, full refund delivered. Customer Service consists of the owners, Tom & Tiffany. Both have repeatedly lied to me regarding the status of my order, insisting it was sent. After over 30 requests during multiple live chat conversations with them, were unable to provide the tracking number for my order with wildly varying and ridiculous reasons. They continually avoided and deflected even the most direct request for a tracking number.
Tom & Tiffany, you didn't even have the decency to come clean when I worked out it had not been sent. The lies continued even after the refund was provided saying "...As this order has been cancelled it is unusual to provide a tracking number at this stage". Keep in mind, I had repeatedly told them I wanted the item, not the refund.
Save your money and go to anyone but Blim & Blum.”
“If I could leave a 0 star score I would! I trusted this company and thought they were going to deliver on a very special day for me which was my first wedding anniversary...... WELL WASN'T I WRONG!!!
Firstly, I contacted a man by the name of Tom, via the sites messenger service. Who was able to tell me what I wanted to hear in regards to postage, delivery times ect, BEFORE I ORDERED!!! It's a special occasion, so I wanted to make sure how clear I was in regarding the delivery times and he reassured me that this would be ok. See the below screenshots. So here I am today on my anniversary, with no package, no nothing. No response from Tom who was the one that guaranteed me my husband's first anniversary present would arrive on time. So now Obviously when they know they've stuffed up they shut up shop and don't reply. The thing you must know about this company is they are based in Australia but all of their products come from overseas aka America. So please don't be fooled into thinking that you're ordering for a company and supporting local Australia! Because they are not located locally they are abroad.
It would have been nice, if you gave me the heads-up first after I asked you all these necessary questions? I was told to pay for Premium Express tracking postage and which I did. Why did I do that what was the reason for it my item is still sitting in New South Wales, FedEx told me that they contacted you to tell you they were delays and my parcel packaging, why didn't you pass this on? All I can say is my heart is broken, my husband will be home with me hour and now I have no wedding anniversary gift to give him. Thanks for that, I hope you sleep well tonight! I've attached all the relevant correspondence for you so you know that I'm not telling any stories. You can all make up your own mind, all I can say is be very very careful of this company. They're very more than likely to let you down!!! And I still haven't had a reply....”
