“Having chasing blind samples for 2 weeks and after the first week Helen blamed the Royal Mail for them not arriving, then being told I had to wait 3 days for them to be sent again. Waited a further 5 days, after the 3, and guess what, no samples! Emails are not replied too either. If this is the service they provide to potential customers, I hate to think what it's like once you've placed the order....if you're lucky enough to receive the samples that is! Would not recommend. Poor customer service.”
“Unfortunately our chosen fabric was discontinued by supplier so Helen suggested and sent samples of alternatives. Really helpful and a lovely blind on its way now.”
