Need better instructions on how to install the blinds with the order. Had to call customer service to figure out how to install them. Also the screws are very bad quality. I use my store bought screws instead of yours.

The roller shade I ordered for my disabled husband‘s bedroom turned out not to be needed after all. when I called Customer Service to ask how I could return the shade and accredited for it, I was told that all I needed to do was either destroy the shade or donate it and send Blindster the donation receipt. That is what I did and I was refunded the total cost of the shade. Thank you Blindster!
