I have had issues with Vodafone, but their customer service is improving day by day! My contract is renewed now as I trust Vodafone more than any other mobile network provider I have used. My contract is for 2 years. I am very happy for Vodafone how they have trained staff to deliver above standard performance. When I called their customer service yesterday, I felt like I was an important customer to them. I felt like the gentleman who was in Egypt, listening carefully to everything I was saying to him. You have to understand that customer service is extremely important when you are dealing with any company or organisation. Customers are part of the company. If there’s no customer, the company or the organisation will no longer exist. Very well done how Vodafone has improved. I’m happy I have now renewed my contract knowing and trusting that, they will never overcharge me or break their promises. Thank you

Not a great customer service, but the actual network is probably the best in UK. Also, they have pretty good prices compared to the other providers.
