“The flowers were not delivered until 7.10pm by which time the birthday is just about over and to add insult to injury they were left on the door step so the recipient did not find them until the next morning.
if i had known the flowers were not going to be delivered until late I would have gone to a different florist. very very disappointed.”

“The flowers we ordered showed as available when ordering online . We received an email at midday on the day the order was supposed to be delivered to say they were sorry but they weren't available that day and would we like them delivered another day.
The card we were attaching said they were for a birthday!
We chose to have different flowers delivered.
We also chose a delivery time and paid for that delivery window. They arrived nearly 2 hours after the time slot we paid for.
We are overseas, I have since seen a photo of the flowers we purchased, I was very very disappointed with the bouquet compared to the not insignificant cost that was charged.”

“I sent the flower to my wife's office as her birthday surprise. Though it was delivered on time, however she found out that one of the flower had been wilted which was quite disappointing her. When we took it home, it only lasted for one day before the whole flowers and leaves got wilted :(”
“Easy to use however would have appreciated a follow up email even a day before delivery to ensure the order was still valid as order was placed 2/3 weeks in advance. I had to contact bloomeroo for estimated delivery time and to ensure the order was still going ahead.”

I did need to contact the customer line to follow up a delivery timing issue, and although my issue wasn't solved, the lady was a good communciator and tried her best to be helpful. Just dont request delivery before 11:30am for Perth is the key message.”
