“first time using this service, there was good selection of flowers and at good price. The flowers were delivered on the selected day, however they got delivered really late in the evening which would have been good to be informed about earlier by introducing a time slot for delivery.”
“Excellent service and I gather the flowers were fine for the recipient, Suzanne, but I would hacecoreferred them to be delivered in the morning to ensure that she received them before going out for lunch .. I did not see a spot when booking for time but presumed as I booked with plenty of time it woukd be an early delivery rather than leave at the door situation. I would try and jncorlirate it in animal or sk show eith delivery details next time, and hope there is a space for it, otherwise tops and woukd use again.”
