Absolutely first class customer service from this company too. The delivery company claimed to have tried to deliver the second order we placed and sent us a 'you weren't at home' email. I contacted Blooming Artificial by LiveChat immediately and explained we'd been at home all day and nobody had even set foot on the drive!
The lady contacted FedEx immediately, raised a complaint and assured me they'd be delivered the following day, rather than a further two days wait, as informed by FedEx. Without the courier issue, it would have been next day delivery so they provide a very prompt and helpful service.”
