“Customer service was excellent - we did have an issue with our order being delayed and then not being available at all but the team replied really quickly, were incredibly helpful and helped to resolve the situation (which was not of their making) to our satisfaction. Once we chose an alternative item, it was dispatched same day for next day delivery which was excellent. Would definitely recommend”
