“I went back to my child hood and experienced pain that I had not processed as a child. It was hard but liberating. Second trip was less traumatic saw my life like looking through a photo album of things and people I had forgotten about. I also laughed a lot by the end and the next day woke up laughing. I have not laughed this much in a long time. I’m feeling much happier and lighter since the experience. It has helped with depression. Thanks”
