“If you want a cut and paste answer, then that is what you will get. Customer chat needs knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile to educate and inform on products. Not everyone is a cannabis expert… Customers, especially novice, should be able to rely on customer service for support.”

“I kept seeing ads on Facebook for Bloom Supply and decided to check it out. The selection was great, and ordering was easy. Everything was in stock, and my order arrived within a couple of days.
