“Your customer service was great. After buying an outlet suit which didn’t fit, they offered a full refund, knowing that most suits were back ordered. Once I saw the notice, I went online and bought the larger suit. The discount was awesome as well.
Only minor comment, the first suit was in a gear bag style bag, and the current suit did not have the bag.”
“After talking to customer service about the fact that I owned three Blue Seventy Helix wetsuits (an old WSM, a relatively new WSM and a brand new WS), with the latest one, a WS, just not working for me, they gave me a Reaction Sleeveless at a good price. I wore a WSM for probably 12-13 years before replacing it with anothe WSM. The suit is comfortable, and I had a good swim in it at XTERRA Planet World's in Molveno, but it is clearly a little big. The old one didn't seem so, even though my weight at 105 pounds falls easily into the small category. The Reaction line in a Sleeveless suit in a WS, fits great. go figure. Might be the fact that I have very broad shoulders for my size. I have been a competitive swimmer since childhood, albeit, not the top of the heap!”
