“For this product it is exactly what we need for my husand to get in the water and start training for his first race. Ordering was easy. Picking out a suit that was affordabel was great.
Wish there was a storage bag for it. But we can figure it out with some of the other bags i have from purchases past.”
“Pretty simple return process, but the only annoying part is that if you are exchanging wetsuits/sizing multiple times, you still only get 30days from the date of your first purchase to try the suits. So I ended up having to place a new order to make sure I didn’t run out of time trying out 3 different wetsuits.”
“While it appears that it was my fault, I was told by John at BS that the on-line purchase system defaults/reverts to XSM for any purchase (I suppose something happened when I left the Blue Seventy website to complete the purchase via PayPal). This resulted in my having to return the suit and order the correct L size, which meant I incurred $17 in personal return shipping costs, plus the loss of the BS original shipment of $10. I believe that Blue Seventy website should incorporate a "warning" that the original size selected has been automatically changed by the purchase system.”
“Allowing me to try the suit in the water was key as standing in a dry wetsuit isn't a real test. Ive used a different brand for a number of years ( have two) but over time they've opened at the seams so they're no longer warm. Hoping this will stay warm and seams stay sealed. I take meticulous care of my wetsuits always washing them thoroughly in freshwater for a few minutes inside and out.”

Somewhere along the communications Kelli jumped in and she was very helpful, as well. I was able to exchange my wetsuit for a smaller size and I am very happy with it!”
