Hello! Sorry that you had an issue with getting into the wetsuit. We're happy to help offer guidance and sizing help for anyone, you just have to reach out. Our size charts are set to as best as possible and individual preference on how a wetsuit fits (ie how tight one can stand) can really impact the size ranges, or so we've seen over the years. Trying on a suit is really the only way you can truly know about sizing, which can be difficult for someone who may be new to wetsuits as they can be difficult to get into at first.
If you are still in the market for a wetsuit, I would highly recommend reaching out so we can get your height and weight and offer our thoughts. I also want to point out that we redesigned the WXLA sizing in 2024, and that suit fits a larger woman, and is a better overall fit for many people than the older WXLA sizes for suits manufactured prior to 2024. “While it appears that it was my fault, I was told by John at BS that the on-line purchase system defaults/reverts to XSM for any purchase (I suppose something happened when I left the Blue Seventy website to complete the purchase via PayPal). This resulted in my having to return the suit and order the correct L size, which meant I incurred $17 in personal return shipping costs, plus the loss of the BS original shipment of $10. I believe that Blue Seventy website should incorporate a "warning" that the original size selected has been automatically changed by the purchase system.”

So sorry to hear that your preferred goggle style is not available from our NZ distributor. We do our best to encourage our distributors to carry as much of the full Blueseventy line as possible, but they are independently run companies and ultimately make the final decision of what gear they are able to stock and sell. I'll pass along your desire for the Hydra Vision so that hopefully they will add that goggle to their inventory in the future.
