“The flowers arrived wilted, dead and stems were snapped, i supplied pictues to customer service and their florist deemed them to be acceptable, i found them to be really disappointing. The flowers received were not a fair representation of the picture displayed on your website, as they were multi coloured, the ones received were yellow and white. I ordered the large bunch, and was not large. Would not use this service again.”

“Easy ordering Excellent value Delivery as booked (sadly not to nominated safe space, but this is not in B&M's control) so have not had feedback from recpient yet. However when I have used previously feedback on quality was excellent”
