“The flowers were fine but were delivered 3 days late despite paying for next day delivery. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly told me that my flowers had arrived, event though that wasn't my issue. They then tried to compensate for it by offering more flowers, which would be of no use to me. After about 10 emails back and forth trying to tell them the issue they offered a refund of a 1/3 of the price. Good for cheap flowers, but don't expect them to arrive on time, and don't expect competent customer service. I also paid a ten pounds for a large bouquet and there was only about 10 flowers in there. Waste of money”

“I ordered these from Australia for my sister in the UK she was thrilled to bits and loved them. They arrived on the correct day and Royal mail kept me up to date on the delivery.”

“Lovely flowers delivered fresh and some flowers in bud, they were a day late in delivery but mainly due I suppose to it being Christmas and the postal strikes”
