“Arrived on time, phew !! Valentine's Day. Ordered 3 days before for the 14th Nicely boxed and presented with the message I requested, the flowers were fresh as on the picture shown and as described, good value at the including delivery price for occasion flowers. Also had a discount offer enclosed for the next purchase.”

“Delivered on time in good condition at a reasonable price what more can I say. I'd definitely use them again. My last delivery of flowers from a different company were left on the doorstep for 4hrs before I discovered them and despite the box specifically indicating to be left upright they were just left laying on their side.”

“The flowers were a good standard although one was half size .The card was pathetic and not all writing included. Having said that got a part refund albeit credit but a nice gesture ,wouldn't have used again but after that probably will”

“Spent £42 on a large bunch of Roses & Lilys for my wife for valentines day plus a box of chocolates What I got was a small bunch of flowers, Roses looked as though they were a couple of days old and 2 lilys. And no chocolates Might as well gone to tescos and purchased 3 bunches and a box of chocolates and spent less The annoying thing is, when phone customer service at B&M to be told that their flower service is nothing to do with them although the same company is wrong Getting nowhere with emailing my complaint”
