“First time using B&M flowers and it was a great experience. Fantastic value for money, arrived on time for my friend who's birthday it was. She said the flowers were beautiful a generous bunch of blooms and very fresh which will last a long time. Will certainly use B&M flowers again and recommend to family and friends.”

“Terrible service. I never received my flowers and yet you ask me to review my experience. Is this a joke to you? I ordered flowers on Monday the 15th and they never arrived and your customer service never provided any reasonable explanation. I actually found the staff quite rude and dismissive. Won’t be ordering again!! I hope I receive my refund as per my request!!”

“Bought two large bouquets and was really happy with the flower quality as were the recipients! Only thing I would say is they weren’t overly big given I had selected large. Quick, efficient delivery.”

“Delivery was on date as I asked and my recipient was so very pleased with the flowers that I sent her. I have used your company a few times in the past and will continue to do so as all my recipients have been delighted with your beautiful flowers. Thank you so very much for everything, kind regards, Mrs Deacon”

“Hi I am an English Man Living in Prague. Last month in was Mothers day, I searched for a cost effective way of sending flowers, and this company got the NEW order. As the flowers were so fanstastic ans service was prompt, I can afford to send my mom in England another lot of flowers. I am sure i will get the same service and product quality. Stayed tuned I will let you know.”
