“Very easy website to use ordered the flowers for my parents anniversary for the next day. However they arrived a day late. Beautiful bouquet lots of flowers good value for money. I did not receive an email though to say thar they were on their way or a tracking number!!!!”

“The flowers were delivered the next day as arranged and were of very good quality. The teddy bear was great although I thought the chocolates were expensive. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely use B&M Flowers again.”

“The flowers were lovely however, the special gift message card was left blank! I had requested a special message for my friend as her Dad had just passed away. The customer service left a lot to be desired & my issue was never properly resolved. I was just offered a £15 voucher to get rid of me & no apology. I won’t be using this service again. It’s a shame as the flowers were lovely.”

“This is the first time I have used B&M flowers and I have to say the flowers well exceeded my expectations. I sent the bouquet of mixed carnations with gypsophila to my Mum in her care home and she was absolutely delighted with them. They are exceptionally good value and arrived on time. I will certainly be using B&M for my flowers in the future and I am already recommending them to my friends. Well done to B&M.”
