“Absolutely brilliant as usual. I contacted customer service due to a mix up with my message ( my fault ) I had a super fast response. My friend was delighted with her flowers and tells me they are beautiful. First class service again. Highly recommend.”

“Used B&M for first time, order Sunday, delivered Monday. Recipients delighted, said the roses were stunning. Just one downside, was told flowers could be tracked and would be messaged when they arrived. No tracking or notification was sent! Recipients phoned to say thank you.”
