“I work for a B&M Store in Manchester :) & I have ordered flowers 💐 from the B&M flowers site before and they where beautiful.. they don’t sell flowers in the B&M store’s only online!!!”

“I would definitely use this service again. Flowers were lovely, came on time and teddy bear included was so cute. Would have been 5* however I ordered vase as an extra and when it came it was so dirty I was mortified as this was a gift. Shame as vase spoilt the whole package. Hence the 4*!”

“Very good value for money but when a customer set a date for delivery you post to make that your delivery date don't let it come Nealy a week early I set the date for the 21st just before mother's Day and a came yesterday there is a big difference yesterday's date is the 12th”

“Was really pleased with my purchase of flowers, and delivered on time ,only complaint i have, is the person I sent the flowers to didn't know who they was off as there was no card even though I filled in what I wanted put on a gift card.”
