“Easy to use the website and the packaging looks nice, however it would be good to view details of the added extras (cake, chocs etc).”

“Had flowers delivered to my Mum and she was very happy with them. Will use B&M flowers again. One things to improve that would be helpful would be an email to confirm time of delivery.”
