“The recipient sent me a photo & I was pleased to see the flowers were still in bud, so will hopefully last a while. They did their job of cheering up my friend and they arrived when you said they would, so thank you”

“My friend received the flowers and was delighted with them. The only downside was I never received a dispatch notice to say they were out for delivery or the person had received them. Flowers look lovely however.”

“There was a problem with my last order as the money came out on my credit card however, I never received an order confirmation email and my mother never received her flowers. B&M did deal with the issue promptly and issue a refund. I am hopeful there will be no issues with this order and am happy with what I have ordered. Great little add on gifts too.”

“The person I purchased them for was really impressed with what they received ed which is why I have rated ‘good’. The only thing stopping me rate as ‘very good’ is that I thought they looked nothing like the photo (used to base purchase of flowers on) and I was quite disappointed. However, like I said ... the person who received them was thrilled and that is the main thing.”

“My Mum was very pleased with her flowers. I ordered a medium bouquet and was very pleased to hear that was 18 roses. Delivery was in the morning with no problems. Only disappointment was there wasn’t any food included in the box, however I would order again. Thank you”
