“Easy to order and lovely to be able to send gifts with the flowers. Would have liked more details on the gifts and possible other options. (My sister has a nut allergy therefore was unable to send chocolates as did not know ingredients). Only ordered so can not comment on quality of order”

“Pleasantly surprised that B and M have free delivery service of fresh flowers. If all goes well will definitely be using service again. Would of liked there to be a wider chose of items that I could of sent with flowers eg, selection of chocs to choose from, gift wrapped mugs or something similar would add that extra special touch.”

“I found the process of ordering the flowers very easy on this site, It is the first time that I have used this site, not knowing that I could order flowers from B&M. The flowers have not been delivered as yet, so I cannot comment on the freshness and condition of which I am sure will be acceptable. I will probably use this site again in the future.”
