“I sent flowers to my sister she loved them and received them today 3rd dec like it said however I wrote a card to go with them but the card did not have anything on it so she had to phone round and ask who they were from.”

“I think I've been using b&m flowers for about 2-3 years now and the price is pretty unbeatable in regard to value and (free) delivery. The site itself is user friendly but nothing special, I wish I could 'view all flowers' and sort by price, low-high, bestseller etc. rather than having to click on each individual category - the lack of this sorting really does b&m flowers a disservice!! I wish there were a little more variety as well, for example rainbow chrysanthemums or a choice of a really tiny bouquet (maybe 5 stems.)”

“Friend received the flowers but as with other flower deliveries I did not get any notification. That was the only negative, flowers looked nice and friend was pleased.”

“The gift card was blank. The personal message I'd asked for wasn't included. The recipient didnt know who they were from. The flowers were for an in memoriam for Diamond Wedding Anniversary for my Mother in Law. Father in Law passed away last year....so rather disappointing.”

“I am very pleased with the, flowers and the ordering system. I could not fault the system. Only draw, back which is not your fault royal mail tried to deliver to the wrong address then took them back to the depot. This was a Saturday so my friend couldn't collect until the Monday.”
