“although I have not actually seen the flowers as they were a present for my sisters birthday she has told me they were very nice ,good quality blooms and delivered promptly .this is the second bouquet I have ordered from b & m and would certainly use you again”

“Didnt see the quality of the flowers, they were a gift for my friend, so cant comment on flowers,or packaging,sorry. Easy to order on a simple website. Delivered when promised. Yes ,would consider using B+M flowers again, when I find out if my friend was happy. Thank you. Dont know who delivered flowers, or if packing was intact,as I didnt see them,they were a gift. Thank you.”

“I never knew you could order flowers from B&M but when I heard thought I’d take a look. They looked great on the website so decided to buy the medium Blush Bouquet for my daughters birthday, as I knew she would be honest about how they looked. Well she was over the moon and said they were so fresh and were better than the (expensive) ones we bought for their wedding anniversary, needless to say I would definitely buy from B&M again.”

“Item arrived one day late but given sent during Christmas postal period perhaps that's to be expected but possibly paid for next day delivery when didn't need to but it was a get well gift and recipient was pleased”

“Have used before on more than one occasion. Flowers/plants good as seen online, reasonably priced and next day delivery free. Be careful as the larger more expensive bunch is put up first and you can easily not notice and put this in your basket. I will be using again.”

“The little Christmas Tree is lovely I had no problems at all but a friend of mine is having an awful problem ordering and paying for hers she went on your chat line for advice and was left hanging on for a long time so she gave up”
