“I had previously received disappointing service from B&M flowers but was given a voucher code to try them again. This time the service was faultless. Flowers arrived in good condition on specified day at a sensible hour with the correct note included. Good value for money and I will use again.”

“Beautiful rose planter arrived well packaged and on date requested (next day) . I added a balloon , small cake, and chocolates to the order which the recipient loved as was an unexpected extra when unpacking planter. Highly recommend for value and quality.”
