“I ordered a bouquet for my mum's 80th birthday and chose the balloon and birthday cake as additional extras. Unfortunately the cake was not received however the flowers were great quality and lasted a few weeks. I contacted Customer Support and they refunded the cost of the cake with no issues...would happily order flowers from B & M again!”

“Hi. I would have given 5 stars but Lilies should have been in bud ( a few were) so may have been the heat!! Dealt with the lovely Kyle in customer services, who was very helpful I have used you once before & flowers were lovely for an elderly relative. So keep up the good work and will definitely use again.”
