“My friend who received the flowers said they were beautiful. The flowers arrived on time. 4 stars are because I didn't receive confirmation that the flowers were picked and sent out as promised. When my friend sent a photo of the flowers it was obvious she had received the small bouquet, I had ordered the medium. I contacted B&M who asked to see the photo and immediately arranged for another bouquet to be sent out. The customer service was exceptional.”

“Paid 32.99 for what I thought was going to be a good size I paid an extra 10 quid for the larger bunch. There was more foliage than flowers, wished I had gone to a supermarket, and got bigger and better for cheaper”
