“Delivered on requested day - in the morning which was great as it was a birthday gift 🎁 All flowers in bud so will hopefully last a long time. First experience of B&M flowers. Will definitely use again. Great value for money and lovely flower choice. 😊👍”

“Specified mum's birthday as the delivery date and the flowers arrived late. Paid for a large bunch plus a birthday cake and she received a sad arrangement of a couple of carnations with some Christmas cake. Absolutely gutted and will never use B&M flowers again. Would love to upload a photo but the option is unavailable.”
