“Ordered these https://www.bmflowers.co.uk/next-day-flowers/blush-bouquet for my daughter for Christmas. They were left underneath her car overnight (nobody knocked even though she was there all day) and were extremely dry and had started wilting. B&M maintain 'After showing the Florist Manager the photographs that you have sent us they have said that can't see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered.' I'll leave you to decide......”

“The flowers were a gift so I've not actually seen them however, the recipient did say they are lovely. I was expecting a text or email upon delivery (as confirmed in your receipt) however, I didn't get one so had to wait to ask the recipient if they had arrived so as not to spoil the surprise of the delivery”
