“I ordered a bouquet for my mum's 80th birthday and chose the balloon and birthday cake as additional extras. Unfortunately the cake was not received however the flowers were great quality and lasted a few weeks. I contacted Customer Support and they refunded the cost of the cake with no issues...would happily order flowers from B & M again!”

“Hi. I would have given 5 stars but Lilies should have been in bud ( a few were) so may have been the heat!! Dealt with the lovely Kyle in customer services, who was very helpful I have used you once before & flowers were lovely for an elderly relative. So keep up the good work and will definitely use again.”

“Flowers arrived on arranged delivery day and were beautifully packaged with my message card inside. The only thing i would say with the particular flowers i choose was that in the picture they were multicoloured however the ones i received are all yellow but lovely all the same. I will order flowers from b& m again.”
