“Usually very good service Flowers were lovely and delivered on time Unfortunately the card was left blank without the requested message so the recipient had no idea who they were from But thanks to Social Media it was sorted after a few days”

“I understand from the recipient that the flowers were lovely. The only problem she did not know who they were from. If there was a card she did not find it. May be the message that goes with the flowers shoul be more prominent.”
