“I ordered some flowers and they arrived a but sad looking (they perked Up after a trim and a goid water) but B&M gave me £10 voucher which is so kind”

“I had a picture sent of the flowers when delivered, they looked beautiful. My colleague who received them also said how lovely they were. They were a day late but still looked fresh. Postal strike. Thank you”

“The flowers arrived on the right day and although there seems to be a lot of foliage rather than flowers on the photo the recipient sent me she was very pleased with them. Would have been 5* if there were more flowers and less leaves.”
