“Was told deliveries was great , flowers intact and nicely placed, BUT there was a card but nothing to say who from !”

“The flowers that I have ordered and have been delivered to various people have always been good. Part of the appeal of using b&m flowers for delivery was that they were about £5 cheaper, but in more recent times I would say there is very little price difference compared to other well-known flower delivery sites.”

“Flowers great, site great, choices excellent - making a payment a pain. Wouldn’t accept Apple Pay even though it’s advertised as such so had to set up another method of payment.”

“Just recently I placed my first order with B&M flowers, I paid for the large bunch of carnations 16 stems and a greetings card to and who they were from. Unfortunately my recipient only received 10 stems and a blank greetings card. The lady had no idea who had sent them for her birthday, not good! I explained to B&M what had happened and thought they would recompense me in some way. They did apologise and offered me a £10 voucher off my next order, I was pleased, until they dictated the ins and outs. To get this voucher I would have to spend £32.90 inc delivery before they would honour the voucher. I was disappointed about this so I refused, as they should have offered me the voucher off my next purchase without having to spend that amount of money, with no guarantee of them getting my second order right. This order was my first and the LAST!! Very disappointed, Would I recommend NO WAY. I've used many other florist's many times without any problem's whatsoever. L HOLDEN, NORTH YORKSHIRE.”

“I'm told by all recipients that the flowers were lovely. I have used B & M many times before & quick & easy to order. Quick prompt and very good value especially like the fact the Lilies ordered are in bud. More choice & more managers specials please!!! Would have liked to have had the e- mail to tell me as stated when they were delivered but will most definitely use again. Thank - you”
