“Ordered flowers, they arrived promptly on the requested day. Slight quality issue in the fact they were smaller than expected considering I'd paid extra for large. Contacted customer service and Thomas was helpful in offering just compensation.”

“Bought on line at 8.30pm. Delivered next day at 11am. Only complaint was Royal mail delivered them to address 2 doors away left them on the doorstep and took a photo even though the correct address was on the box. Luckily the neighbour found them and took them to addressee. Not a fault of B&M.”
