“The experinec was pleasent enough, great service. Had HiFu on my lower face and neck 4 weeks ago, have not seen the benifits. No difference at this stage. Disapointing”

“Had Hifu under the chin 4 weeks ago. No results as yet. first photo was 28th jan second was today 22 feb It was very painfull. I still feel bruised under the chin.”

“The girl who booked my appointment was very nice although she didn’t book properly and wasn’t informative with the discount and packages. She also confirmed that she would be performing my treatment, and on the day I came to find that that wasn’t the case. The clinician who did perform my treatment was very thorough and I appreciated her service. Probably a good thing the other girl didn’t perform my treatment because I am very happy with my results”

“Overall everything was great. The staff was very friendly, the procedure and expected outcomes were explained in detail. For the fat-freeze procedure, one of the applicator's suction was not working properly. It was just placed on the body without suction of the treatment area. I highlighted that to the staff during the procedure but it was ignored. As a result there is imbalance of fat loss on that side. The other side seems to be doing great”

“The Hifu treatment was painful. To be honest I'm not seeing big results considering what I paid. I also wasn't happy to be asked to fork out over $100 for after are cream. That's overselling and off putting”

“Clean venue. Polite staff. Easy to get an appointment. Treatment was very expensive - sat in a chair for 30 minutes for $150. Initial consultation was not very informative and employee not very informed.”

“The ladies were so helpful when I did a 10 visit package for incontinence. After the 10 visits l didn't think my symptoms had improved markedly, so l enquired about a further 5 visits in the hope the extras might help. Unfortunately the price jumped from $134 a visit to $161. Decided to let it go as my symptoms were similar to when I started. Couldn't complain about the care whilst l was there.”
