“Not happy, I paid a $200 deposit was not told was non refundable and was not given any information on anything other then read on website, when I could not attend my appointment due to a family emergency and unable to reschedule as unsure when I could and asked for my deposit refund I was bluntly told no non refundable, I found this very unprofessional and will not rebook.”

“Firstly want to preface this review by saying that the staff I dealt with were all very lovely, professional and I had no issues with them. The space is clean and welcoming. My negative review reflects the outcome and my overall experience. Essentially, I spent a lot of money and none of it worked. I felt I was kind of talked into buying many body treatments at a very high price, which then took a lot of time and effort coming into the clinic to undertake. I was given certain promises about percentages of fat loss. In the end I honestly don’t feel I saw any results whatsoever. I have huge regrets and wish I had walked away after the initial consult and never purchased anything. A huge waste of money, would not recommend. After I raised my concerns with staff nothing happened, I was told to wait a bit longer.”

“Don't trust these swindle artists with your money. My hard-earned money was squandered by these fraudulent artists, They twice changed the domain name of the website, frequently went unavailable, and declined to approve withdrawal requests, respond to calls, or initiate chats. They are the ones who swindle you out of money time and time again. if you ask for a withdrawal in every situation that arises—which is obviously not feasible. My profits and my significant investment were safeguarded by the loudouin/com team. Even though I struggled for a month to get them to withdraw, loudouin/com came to my aid, you can give them a try.”

“Do NOT gamble with your money with this company! I spent over $3000 on a treatment plan that was recommended by their staff and it did absolutely nothing. The team agreed it did absolutely nothing and yet they refuse to comply with consumer protection laws and offer any kind of reimbursement, instead telling me that beauty treatments are always a gamble and that there’s no guarantee they’ll work. That is definitely not the confident opinion they offered during my initial consult that convinced me to part with my money. After pursuing my rights with fair trading I found out that unfortunately even though I should be entitled to some sort of reimbursement, they cannot take the matter further as the company has gone into voluntary liquidation. I’m devastated and am left feeling so guilty over the money that has been wasted. I’ve since spoken to ex-staff members who’ve said that my situation is common and that during their time with the company the majority of their clients would report little to no results and that the company never accepted accountability and instead would try to blame the client saying they’d either gained or lost weight. It’s honestly shameful that companies like this are allowed to prey on women’s insecurities and face no repercussions. Do yourself a favour and seek a second opinion from a company that operates with moral standards.”

“I wasted a lot of money at Body Catalyst. It was disfigured parts of my body where the fat has not evenly been removed. It also is not a permanent fat removal procedure. After being promised I’d never have to worry about the treated areas again, halfway through the program I was told that I must have misunderstood as I would need to regularly come back for a top up. I was taken for a ride. I now hate my body.”

“In the past I loved coming to Body catalyst at Hampton. I was a member for almost 2 years. But sadly when they had finacial issues upper management showed their true colours but getting rid of all their most valued staff at Hampton and disregarding my emails when I voiced my concerns. Their lack of consideration towards customers and staff at Hamptom was beyond deplorable! So I'm out!! It's not what it was so don't come here!”

“I am body catalyst customer for 3 years however in my last visit when I clearly explained I wanted a treatment for my wrinkles , their staff suggested HIFU and assuring that one session is effective. on a day of treatment another staff told me I needed at least THREE sessions to see results and it would only last for 4 weeks! I did the one session which is very expensive with NO result and I’m very disappointed on how they misinformed me and wasted $700 for nothing . Don’t trust what they say because their own staff on next session would say something completely different . very poor . I am yet to receive a call back from the actual manager for explanation.”

“They are going under, yet still advertising on instagram like they are a full functioning business. I should have known better, u for the worst feeling as everytime I went in they wanted to talk money before anything else. I feel really stupid not realising for 6 months that this business was financially crumbling but it all makes sense now. Spent over $4k and have seem almost no results, it’s disgusting and the owner should be ashamed, living it up while other fork out ridiculous costs and your poor staff, what a joke, not genuine at all as they too knew it was all going under. Stop advertising like you aren’t about it loose it all. I was told my app was not happening (which I paid $1.2k for, through email, I was so mad until I googled and realised they had closed my clinic, then I just felt tricked for falling for your adverts”

“Really really bad service. The treatment is terrible and doesn’t reflect anything on your body. Even the person who was doing this treatment acknowledged that it hasn’t have any changes even though they claim 30% change just after the treatment. Waste of money”

“I am so happy they are liquidating. We need to stop spending money on looking better, for what? We all age, do it gracefully and stop these greedy people taking your money. Do a timeline of how much money you have spent. Could you have bought a house? I can’t review on google, they shut me down. Looks never last, the more you get down when older, just looks fake and disgusting. Do better women, look after yourselves.”

“I have had 2 appointments cancled by body catalyst, giving me less then 24 hours notice. I travel 3 and a half hours and book a room in town when I come. I was contact at 7.40pm to have my last appointment cancled for the next morning. I am / was a member and request a refund of my last moth as I did not and will not recieve a treatment. Very very disappointed”

“I have never felt so ripped off in my life. They build your expectations up by saying you are a perfect candidate and then when you don't get the results you were lead to believe you would see they start to make up excuses and try to sell you more procedures. The before and after photos they sent me were insulting. There was no difference that could be seen between the before and after, yet they tried to say there was. Very disappointing. If I could give no stars I would. This review is for body catalyst at chermside in Brisbane.”

“App for 3pm. Was put with a woman who obviously was not well trained in her field. Had NO insight in the product with Ltd and very basic knowledge and answers. Constantly coughing sneezing and bad nose manners. I asked her if she is sick and told her I can’t be around anyone sick due to a medical condition. Then I got told I have to wait 2 hours for my procedure. After refusing she said she’ll do it… she was sneezing all over me and sniffing non stop. I ask her again and she told me she was very sick two days before.!!!! She started the procedure! What a joke… as I had this done with another clinic last week, I can’t believe how bad she was . She had no training g in how to treat a client let alone that hifu macine! Fast forward this, 3 days after the procedure I got ‘her cold’. I ph and said why would they do that! She worn a mask over her mouth but her nose was streaming and wet all the time when I was there. The mask didn’t cover the nose at all! Then I was ‘man handled’ verbally by the sso called manager of the clinic! Checkmate! All you can do is to remember the horrible service with not properly qualified technician!”
