“I am disappointed that I am unable to submit a review anonymously. I submitted a positive review and clicked on the button to submit anonymously but when I checked the website I found that my name was on there. According to reviews.io I can change this by submitting a new review but I appear unable to remove my name. This has put me off both the company and submitting reviews on the io website in future. There does not appear to be a way to get my review removed: all I can do is amend it.”

We totally hear you on the production side. At the moment, our beans are cooked in Spain, and grown all over as obviously it's nearly impossible to grow all our varieties in the UK. That said, we’re always thinking about how we can make our supply chain even more sustainable and local in the future – it’s definitely on our radar.
