“Love all the items we have received from you but i have one issue and that is why does the inside of any fleece things come off on your under clothes or fades onto my u undergarments really bad the king is all over my house and it’s really annoying to say the least. It’s my only issue and i order from u all the time, below i placed some pictures of all the orders i have placed and it was numerous, really love your clothes i just hate the lint that comes off the clothes….the material is sometimes horrible.”

“I have been purchasing items from boohooman for about 3 months have about 5 items ordered so far and all have been delivered and quality has been good . Not sure why everyone else is having issues but personally I would recommend them . The package I ordered is actually coming 4 days earlier than expected and is out for delivery at the moment .”

“Excellent customer service! Ordered an item but an issue arose. I contacted customer service via FB Messenger and rep, Lotty, promptly and fairly resolved the issue which I really appreciated. I am very pleased with the level of customer service and courtesy that I received and I will happily order from here again.”

“The prices are unbelievable. You can get a t-shirt for $15 on average. I was amazed by the quality of the shirt for that price. The quality wasn't perfect or the best I've ever seen but very good for that price. I 100% recommend it.”

“Have spent over $1000 in items over the last few months (bags, pants, sweaters, gym clothes, etc.) and I've had no issues with deliveries or the quality of items. Make sure you select the proper size, there is a guide available to help. Some items are oversized, slim, skinny or super skinny and fit differently. Always excited to order new items!”

“Never had a problem, don’t by stuff that’s 2$ If you buy their death row merch, anything licenced or that doesn’t litterally cost 5$ And it’ll be just fine, I wear my deathrow hoodie everyday fr it’s awesome”

“I ordered some pants on Saturday and chose 3-4 shipping it came Thursday morning, so I’m guessing there business days are Monday-Friday. But I really like the pants and how they fit. I don’t know how people had problems with the shipping but I had no problem but I'm very satisfied!”

“people pay for cheap products and then expect the product to be top tier fabric. Get real. I ordered 70$ worth of 8 items and they all arrived here, I was aware of what the quality would be based off how cheap it was and yes I am/was satisfied.”

“Insane variety, fast moving fashion trends almost always up for grabs, obviously quality isn’t handmade in Italy but you are not paying for that either. Customer service is extremely positive to work with and I often feel as if I’m the one moving slowly. Being from Europe, the fact that they pay for the fees, which are ridiculous, for delivery out of England in to Europe is mindblowing. Cool launches coming out almost on a monthly basis haha. I’m all for it! Been a client for definitely over 3-4 years now and still feel as if I’m the only one with the knowledge of this place. Which is actually super cool since everything you wear others have never seen and makes for a great talking point. Sad to see this place have a bad rep due to people paying 10€ tops for a tshirt and thinking its hand made in paris...”

“I have ordered from boohooman for years at this point i should be there ambassador/spokesman for the company how many different fits i have by them. I truly don't know after reading all these reviews if half of the people who are writing have eyes or know how to read. Its a Uk Based clothing line sizes from the uk here are different so of course som size difference will occur duhh. Half of the claims of bad reviews say delivery time. Are you trying to order your clothes and blink there at your door would you do that if jeff bessos was selling boohoo no so stop making crappy reviews. People who say this company is a scam shojld be sued for slander in a court of law. I wish i could take photos of all my clothes i have from them with delivery times being all over the place the quality of clothes 8/10 Fabrics and feel 8/10 Delivery times 5/10 If you are purchasing from this company you know the facts listed above. Stop listening to losers who have nothing better to do but talk down about a company making clothes like Jeez its not food, you have clothes already, get over it sit and wait your ordered it if not gwt a refund like most sane human beings. BOOHOO ROCKS THERE REST OF YOU CAN KICK ROCKS 😈”

“I don’t know why so many people are complaining I've ordered 3 times without any problems and there’s nothing wrong with the clothes they were cheap to buy and the stuff I bought have lasted. My recent two orders I did think the L was roomy but end of the day am sure some people could do with a little extra give after a big meal 😂 my order came early next day which was great so if anyone reads these reviews and has a nervous because there’s lots of bad ones don’t worry some people love to complain!”
