“ First off, my package was delivered 2 weeks after the due date. The delivery driver did not speak English. She refused to get out of the car and deliver my package to my front door. She also threatened to take my package back to the facility because she couldn’t follow directions as printed on the mailing address. I’m never shopping here again. It’s ridiculous ”

“ This would be a 0 Star review if I could remove the 1 star!! This company is extremely unresponsive with no ability to reach anyone regarding an order placed over 30 days ago with no delivery. They make you go through a chat line for inquiries to track only to tell you that the package has not been delivered and no resolution. I would never buy another thing from these thief’s!! Stole $235 spent for Christmas gifts never received ”
