Leider hat in dem Hotel die Heizung (Klimaanlage) nicht funktioniert, sie war außer Betrieb und ein sich im Zimmer befindlicher Heizkörper blies nur Kaltluft in den Raum. Bei den Fernsehprogrammen war es nicht möglich, dass erste oder zweite Programm zu empfangen, da das Hotelpersonal die Geräte noch nicht von SD auf HD umgestellt hat. Das Frühstücksbüffet wurde nicht entsprechend nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer waren aber sauber und gut eingerichtet. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund meiner gemachten Erfahrungen nicht weiter empfehlen.

Convenient hotel booking service however, rates are over priced compared to booking directly with the resort. They will not make any changes after you book.

Almina hotel is situated in the best location ..it is nearby to all touristic attractions . It is walking distance to all type of transportation should u want to go to aminino shopping area .Or take a cruise across the street from there . If u want to go to the Taksim just take a taxi which is also nearby the hotel . If you enjoy cruises as I do , take one of the many they have which is reachable by taking a bus across from a minion . Go ahead explore Turky by taking a an evening cruise Which is also close to many touristic attractions .

Well I've had an account with booking.com for well over a year and my over all experience hasn't been totally terrible. But there certainly have been some complications, as expected when you use a 3rd party website of any kind most frustrating part is the room description or type of room on the website match what we actually paid for once we arrived to the hotels. But my biggest grievance, or disappointment rather. Is here withing the last month, after being a VERY loyal member for a year they rewarded me with a coupon for $20 back after I complete my next stay. Well its been been over a month since I've completed my stay. I've gotten in touch with customer service but their website and mobile app are not the easiest to navigate trying to understand the customer service menu. but over all im pretty satisfied
